Duties and Responsibilities
A Postdoctoral Associate position will be offered by the Department of Biostatistics at the Yale School of Public Health. The successful candidate will be jointly mentored by Drs. Shuangge (Steven) Ma and Tassos Kyriakides and will engage in both methodological research and collaborative studies conducted through the VA Cooperative Studies Program. The candidate will develop and implement new, cutting-edge statistical methods related to EHR data, network analysis, clinical trials, and high-dimensional statistics in cancer and other diseases.
Position Qualifications
Relevant experience is highly valued but not required. Experience in managing large medical record, claims, or observational databases is a plus. Fluency in statistical software, including but not limited to SAS, Python, and R, is preferred.
Candidates should have a recent doctoral degree in statistics, biostatistics, or a related field.
