Duties and Responsibilities
We are inviting applicants to a postdoctoral associate position emphasizing the development of new statistical, computational and deep learning methods for analyzing electronic health records (EHR) data, multiple types of omics data including genomics, epigenetics, and exposomics data. More specifically, our work focuses on the new statistical and computational approaches using EHR data and high-dimensional omics data to develop patient prediction tools and to identify disease subtypes and disease associations.
Position Qualifications
The candidate should have a doctoral degree in statistics, biostatistics, computer science, informatics or other related fields. Candidates with strong quantitative research background and experience working with large scale data are desirable. Strong computational and communication skills are essential.
