Duties and Responsibilities
A postdoctoral associate position is available in the Department of Biostatistics at Yale University. The postdoctoral associate will work under the supervision of Dr. Yuan Huang and collaborate with an interdisciplinary research team.
The successful candidate will contribute to the development of cutting edge statistical methodology in areas including high dimensional statistics, longitudinal data analysis, survival analysis, and joint modeling. The position also offers opportunities to engage in collaborative research at the forefront of biomedicine and public health. Applicants with strong quantitative backgrounds beyond these areas are also encouraged to apply.
Position Qualifications
Applicants should hold a recent doctoral degree in statistics, biostatistics, or a related field. Prior research experience in relevant areas and proficiency in statistical computing are preferred.
