Southeast University is a prestigious institution with a long history and is part of China’s 985 Project. The goal of SSDS is to integrate statistical faculties across different areas (mathematical statistics, biostatistics, econometrics, machine learning and AI, etc.), producing innovative methodological research and engaging in high-quality interdisciplinary applications. Position Title: ASSISTANT/ASSOCIATE/FULL PROFESSOR IN STATISTICS AND DATA SCIENCE
Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct high-quality research, teach courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels, and supervise MPhil/PhD students.
Position Qualifications: Candidates are required to have a Ph.D. in Statistics or a related field, and will be expected to pursue innovative research in broadly defined areas of Statistics and Data Science, establish a reputable program domestically or internationally, and demonstrate a strong commitment to education and student mentorship.
Salary Range:
Benefits: The salary is internationally competitive, based on appointment level and experience. Additional benefits include a moving and housing allowance and a startup fund, depending on position and experience (where applicable).
