Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and advance machine learning, deep learning, and statistical methodologies to tackle the computational challenges associated with high-dimensional, multi-platform omics data analysis.
• Investigate the intricate interactions within multi-omics data to enhance our understanding of cancer development.

Position Qualifications

• A Ph.D. degree in one of the following fields for the postdoc position: bioinformatics, biostatistics, computational biology, computer science, electrical engineering, cancer biology, molecular biology, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Python or R, ideally both.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication abilities, essential for collaborating within our interdisciplinary research team.
• Knowledge of biology, genomics, genetics, and Next Generation Sequencing data is a valuable asset.
