The Department of Biostatistics at the Yale School of Public Health (YSPH), Yale University is seeking a highly motivated full-time postdoctoral fellow to join our team. The individual will engage in cutting-edge research, tackling statistical and machine learning challenges that arise from real-world applications in mental health, psychiatric diseases and aging. The position offers unique opportunities to analyze complex neuroimaging, genetics, biomarker, clinical and electronic health record (EHR) data derived from multiple landmark and locally national funded studies. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of Dr. Yize Zhao and collaborate with multidisciplinary researchers at Yale and other esteemed institutions. Perspective candidates with strong statistical, computational, and communication and writing skills are preferred. Background in neuroimaging, genetics, EHR, network or spatial modeling will be considered but not required.
The quantified candidates should have or about to have a doctoral degree in statistics, biostatistics, or a related area, and be able to start this position between the summer and fall of 2024.
