The Department of Management Sciences at City University of Hong Kong (CityU) is excited to invite applications for tenure-track assistant/tenured associate professor positions in Business Statistics and Econometrics, with positions expected to commence in the fall of 2024.
The Business Statistics group within the Department of Management Sciences, College of Business, is currently undergoing significant expansion. We are actively seeking candidates who exhibit strong research potential in Statistics and related fields.
We are actively seeking candidates who exhibit strong research potential in Statistics and related fields. As part of our commitment to attracting top talent, we offer a highly competitive salary package that is commensurate with qualifications and experience, comparable to the standards of the top 30 business schools in the United States. Additionally, at current rates, salary tax does not exceed 15% of gross income.
The applicants should have (or expected to obtain before job starts) a Ph.D. degree in Statistics, or related disciplines. They should be able to demonstrate excellence in teaching and research in Statistics, econometrics, machine learning or related fields.
